Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage stock levels, update inventory databases, and process receiving/shipping documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Generate inventory reports and analyze data to optimize stock rotation
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to maintain accurate inventory records
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent loss and shrinkage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
