Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits using RF scanners
- Manage inventory databases (SAP/WMS) with 99.9% accuracy
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and reconcile discrepancies
- Generate inventory reports for management and financial teams
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse staff for stock replenishment
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation procedures
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record
