Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage stock levels, cycle counts, and warehouse organization
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory records
- Generate inventory reports and analytics for operational insights
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock optimization
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent shrinkage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles
