Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage receiving, stocking, and dispatching of goods with zero-error documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Generate real-time inventory reports for management decision-making
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels
- Maintain organized warehouse layout following FIFO protocols
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outbound shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
