Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits using RF scanners
- Update and maintain real-time inventory data in our WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with root cause analysis
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation accuracy
- Generate inventory reports for management and external audits
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize stock rotation and reduce obsolescence
- Train staff on inventory protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation)
- RF scanner experience and barcode system knowledge
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
