- Maintain real-time inventory tracking using WMS and barcode scanning systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies within 24 hours
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment and vendor returns
- Generate accurate inventory reports for management and auditors
- Optimize storage layouts to maximize warehouse efficiency
- Train staff on inventory protocols and safety procedures
- Support month-end inventory audits with 99.5% accuracy target
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Expertise in barcode scanning and RFID technology
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Associate degree in logistics or supply chain management
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
