Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate stock replenishment using ERP systems to prevent overstock/understock scenarios
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with meticulous documentation
- Generate inventory reports for management and forecasting purposes
- Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and optimize space
- Train staff on inventory protocols and system usage
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory management experience in warehousing or logistics
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Expertise in barcode scanning and RFID technology
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical detail
- Ability to lift 30lbs and navigate warehouse environments
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
