Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock trends for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize reorder points and prevent stockouts
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure proper storage conditions for sensitive materials
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance standards
- Audit inventory records monthly and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail (±99.5% accuracy required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklift certification a plus)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
