Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure 99.8% accuracy
- Manage real-time inventory tracking using WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain detailed transaction logs
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels
- Train staff on inventory control procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Valid Indiana driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field
