Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic counting and reconciliation
- Coordinate cycle counts and full physical inventories with zero tolerance for discrepancies
- Utilize WMS software to document stock movements, adjustments, and transactions
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with procurement and shipping teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate daily/weekly inventory reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in inventory management or warehousing
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and navigate warehouse environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills in inventory discrepancy resolution
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (if required for site visits)
