Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage stock rotation and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols to ensure product freshness
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory databases in real-time
- Generate accurate inventory reports for management review and forecasting
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to resolve stock discrepancies
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and labeling standards
- Assist in physical inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to operate RF scanners and barcode systems
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
