Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage stock rotation and FIFO procedures to ensure product freshness
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory records in real-time
- Generate inventory reports for management review and decision-making
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement warehouse safety protocols
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to resolve stock issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
