Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process receiving, shipping, and transfer documentation with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking in ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize stock levels and reorder points
- Prepare detailed inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control procedures
- Coordinate physical inventory audits and adjust records accordingly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory software (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
