As a Weekend Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify item quantities against work orders to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect products for damages and ensure they meet quality standards before packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Handle physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting heavy items.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances.
