Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile inventory counts using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning systems
- Maintain digital and physical inventory records with 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment
- Conduct cycle counts and monthly audits
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Support warehouse staff during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong data entry skills with 10-key certification
- Familiarity with FIFO inventory methods
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in Logistics or related field preferred
- OSHA certification a plus
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
