Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconciliations across 50,000+ SKUs
- Operate WMS systems (Oracle/JDE) for real-time inventory tracking
- Manage FIFO rotation protocols and quality control inspections
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on stock discrepancies
- Generate analytical reports for inventory optimization
- Implement new barcode scanning technologies
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory management experience
- Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
- Forklift license (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Experience with high-volume retail distribution
