Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits using RF scanners
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain real-time inventory records
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock allocation
- Generate inventory reports and KPIs for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Train staff on inventory management systems and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory control experience in warehousing/3PL environments
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanning technology
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with barcode/RFID systems and EDI processing
