Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory records using WMS and ERP systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits with 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse locations
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Generate daily inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement team on reorder point optimization
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience
- Proficient in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in 3PL or distribution environment preferred
