Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update stock records in real-time
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory documentation
- Collaborate with purchasing and shipping teams to optimize inventory flow
- Conduct audits of warehouse storage areas and equipment
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
