Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory counts using WMS systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliations
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and documentation
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse staff on stock optimization
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
