Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with warehouse team to resolve stock variances
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Conduct physical audits quarterly and annually
- Train staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience in logistics or retail
- Proficiency with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
