Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate stock records in SAP
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast demand and optimize stock levels
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and SOX audit requirements
- Generate monthly inventory reports for executive leadership review
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle) and RF scanning technology
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
