Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory audits using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory records in SAP and Excel
- Coordinate cycle counts and full physical inventories quarterly
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies within 24 hours
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience
- Proficiency in RF scanning technology (Zebra/Honeywell)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with WMS/SAP systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification a plus
- Spanish bilingual preferred for Miami market
