Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory data in WMS and ERP systems
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with precision
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on stock movements
- Generate inventory reports for management and compliance
- Implement lean inventory practices to reduce waste
- Train staff on inventory procedures and system usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- RF scanning and barcode technology expertise
- Strong data entry skills with 98%+ accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of GAAP inventory principles
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license required
