Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage warehouse stock levels through systematic replenishment protocols
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with precise documentation
- Maintain digital and physical inventory records with 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock rotation
- Generate weekly inventory reports for leadership review
- Implement lean inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS/MRP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate's degree in logistics or supply chain management
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
