Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Operate in climate-controlled and outdoor warehouse areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year forklift operation experience (valid certification required)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Prior experience in high-volume distribution centers preferred
