Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Utilize WMS software to track stock levels and movement
- Process receiving, shipping, and transfer documentation
- Generate inventory reports and identify optimization opportunities
- Maintain organized storage systems and implement FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast needs
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
