Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanning technology
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS systems and generate weekly inventory reports
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to verify incoming/outgoing product integrity
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and optimize storage space utilization
- Collaborate with purchasing departments to forecast inventory needs
- Audit warehouse safety compliance and maintain organized storage zones
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience with WMS systems
- Proficiency in RF scanning devices and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA 10-hour training)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles
- Valid driver's license required
