Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP systems
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with precision
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless inventory flow
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Train staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience in warehouse setting
- Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis
- Valid California driver's license
