Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and package items according to customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring organized warehouse aisles.
- Shipping and Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verify incoming shipments, and prepare outgoing packages for delivery.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and records related to shipments and inventory movements.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk extensively throughout the facility.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse management software quickly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
