Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Track and document inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning systems
- Maintain accurate digital records in ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment and reorder points
- Prepare inventory reports for management review and audits
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation protocols
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for inventory-related operational needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Fishbowl, TradeGecko)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Valid Arizona driver's license
