Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage warehouse stock levels, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials
- Maintain digital and physical inventory records with 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with purchasing team to optimize stock replenishment cycles
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols and quality control procedures
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless material flow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Valid Florida driver's license
