Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits using barcode scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory data in our WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update stock records
- Collaborate with purchasing to optimize reorder points and minimize stockouts
- Generate inventory reports for management review and forecasting
- Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance for perishable goods
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification a plus
- Pass background check and drug screening
