Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP software platforms
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize stock rotation and FIFO protocols
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement cycle count procedures for high-value items
- Collaborate with purchasing on stock replenishment triggers
- Support physical inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Experience with barcode scanning technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
