Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking using WMS software and barcode systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with purchase orders
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse locations and distribution centers
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory databases
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock turnover metrics
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize reorder points and stock levels
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
- Experience with barcode scanners and RFID technology
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
