Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Track and document stock movements with barcode scanners and RFID systems
- Maintain accurate digital records in inventory management platforms
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to ensure real-time inventory updates
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Collaborate with purchasing team to optimize stock levels
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and RFID technology
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data accuracy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
