Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization systems
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklift equipment daily
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Support warehouse operations during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA/Forklift Certification)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness in warehouse environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexible schedule availability (4-12 AM, weekends as needed)
