Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcoding technology
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with documentation accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory records in ERP systems
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control methods
- Generate inventory reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Spanish language skills beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent required
