Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Update and maintain digital inventory databases with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to track stock movements
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management
- Operate RF scanners and inventory management software
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory rotation protocols
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- RF scanner certification preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license
- Forklift certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
