Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits with high accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders (POs).
- Log and track inventory movements in SAP and Excel databases.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maximize workflow efficiency.
- Replenish stock levels based on sales data and inventory forecasts.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the Warehouse Manager immediately.
- Assist in the preparation and labeling of outgoing orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle) is a strong advantage.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to be trained.
