Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Operate WMS systems to track, update, and reconcile inventory data in real-time
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation against purchase orders
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through systematic root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate inventory reports for management and stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA safety standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management experience in high-volume warehousing
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong mathematical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field a plus
- Experience with barcode scanning and RFID technology
- Proven problem-solving skills with inventory discrepancies
