- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Coordinate with purchasing and shipping departments to optimize inventory levels
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all stock movements
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Valid Arizona driver's license (may be required)
