Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments, verify documentation, and update records
- Maintain organized storage systems and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis and process improvement
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Train staff on inventory procedures and safety compliance
- Support physical inventory audits and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
