Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO) and optimize warehouse storage layouts
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update WMS systems
- Generate monthly inventory reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with procurement team on reorder point analysis
- Train staff on inventory protocols and safety procedures
- Audit documentation for compliance with ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- RF scanner certification or equivalent experience
- Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Forklift certification (OSHA compliant)
- Attention to detail with 99.5%+ count accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
