Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using barcode scanning systems
- Manage stock rotation, FIFO protocols, and warehouse organization standards
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory databases in real-time
- Generate inventory reports for management and collaborate with procurement teams
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations
- Train staff on inventory procedures and software utilization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions
- Valid Florida driver's license
