Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation
- Maintain accurate physical and digital inventory records
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for stock optimization
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control procedures
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Participate in quarterly audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Forklift certification (OSHA certification a plus)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Tennessee residency required (no relocation assistance)
