Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of warehouse materials
- Generate and maintain accurate inventory reports for management review
- Coordinate with purchasing team to optimize stock levels
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Train new staff on inventory procedures
- Implement process improvements for inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Maryland driver's license
- Associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
