Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Update and maintain real-time stock records in ERP software
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through cycle counting
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient receiving and dispatching
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management
- Ensure FIFO compliance and proper storage conditions
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize stock levels
Qualifications
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- RF scanner and barcode system expertise
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
