Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage cycle counts and implement inventory control procedures
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and update inventory records in real-time
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and optimize space utilization
- Generate inventory reports for management review and strategic planning
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment
- Forklift certification a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
