- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update stock records
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize reorder points
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure proper stock rotation
- Support annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with data entry accuracy
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Basic math skills and inventory reconciliation knowledge
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during inventory cycles
